Purchaseware Terms

1. Please link back logo to http://www.zarbellagraphic.com

2. You may NOT:
- Redistribute as is in any form
- Make tubes
- Make outlines
- Write tutorials
- Claim as your work
- You may not edit these tubes. Other than flip and mirror. In doll packs you may change the eye color.

3. You CAN:
- Make profit of your finish product.
Example: Sigtags, Websets, Premades

Linkware Terms

1. All linkware and freeware must be linked back to http://www.zarbellagraphic.com

2. None of the linkware and freeware must be added in any collections for download or shared in any form in egroups

Membership Terms

1. Don't share your login information with someone else.
It's yours and only yours to use.

2. It's not required that you have your own site.

3. If you have a website, please place my banner on your site within 7 days. If you don't do it you may risk that your membership beeing suspended until it's done. If you use any of my graphic after the membership is over, you have to keep the banner at your site. The link must be working and linked to http://www.zarbellagraphic.com

4. No refund will be given, you are paying to use what's inside the memberarea by the day you join.
You are not paying for updates to come.

5. Any of the example graphic or site layout is NOT for download.

6. You have to join my yahoo update group. This is so I know you receive important messages about the site if the site should be down or something happens to my database.

Outlines Terms

1. Colored outlines can be used to make graphic for others. Either you offer it for free or paid, or only personal use. This does not inlude tubes - see #3. Example on graphic could be premade, websets, sigtags, letters and so on.

2. You may NOT include my outlines in ANY collection for download. They are only to be downloaded from my site.

3. You may NOT make tubes and offer for others. You can make tubes for your personal use. If you want to make tubes for profit you need to purchase a tube license.

4. You may alter and change the outline as you like. But it is still made by me - you can't call it your creation and add it to a collection for download.

5. You may NOT make tutorials from my lineart. If you want to use my outlines to write tutorials you need a tutorial license.

6. You may NOT offer any of my lineart or tubes you have made with my lineart in any AS IS collections.

7. Doll bases lineart must be colored in and fully dressed before offering them as tubes.
You can not offer them as naked bases.

Tubes terms

1. You may use my tubes in mix with other tubes.

2. You may NOT alter the tubes as in recoloring and cropping. If you want to recolor you can send me a mail and we can discuss it.

3. You may make sigtags for personal or profit.

4. You may use my tubes for making websets layouts or stationary/IM letters for personal use, or for download on your paid or free memberarea. But if you use them in a collection for downloads for others - please give me some credit on the layout/IM Letter/stationary.

5. You may NOT add this tubes AS IS in any tube collections for downloading. These tubes are only to be downloaded from my site.

6. You may not share these tubes in any e-groups or mail lists. If somebody wants my tubes you can give them a link to my site.

7. You may not claim these tubes as your own. But what you make from them is yours creations - as long you don't state that the tubes used are handmade by you.

Doll Bases terms

1. You may make a profit from what you create using the doll bases wether for real or forum currency. As long as proper credit is given for the base body.

2. You CAN NOT share the naked base bodies on websites, cd's, newsgroups, message boards, forums or through email!

3. Base Body Linearts put in the lineart section wether shaded or not are not allowed to be posted at your site as doll bases. You must add clothes and accessories and offer the "full doll" not just the naked bases!
Here is a visual of what is and is not allowed!

4. This does not pertain to the animal type characters such as bears. Those be can be offered undressed but it would be a suggestion if you really want to make money off of them customers are looking for clothing and accessories too.

Tutorial terms

1. You may not create outlines from the tutorial results. You can save the outline for your own personal use to color later. But don`t add in any collections or downloads for free or profit.

2. You may tube your finish result if you have a Tube license.
But your results must be slightly different from my tutorial samples.

3. You may make sigtags, premades, adoptions, websets, cards from your finished tutorial result. Either for personal use or profit use.

4. None of the screenshots or images are for download if not specified.

Tube and Special Character License

1. In order to make tubes from my lineart or tutorial results you need to purchase a license.
Some lines require a special character tube license.

2. You get a license card that you need to display and link back to me. You can put this license on a credit page or a membership page. And a text link back to ZarBella Graphic on the pages you display the tubes.

3. With a tube license you can make tubes and offer for paid or free in your memberarea or on your website/ shop. You are also allowed to craft, embroid, digitize, print, make cross- stitch patterns, digital scrapbook kits any of my outlines and your tutorial results. If you make custom web design/ web sets or Word Press themes for profit you will need this license.

4. Tube License and special character license can be purchased with all member terms.

5. The Tube License and special character license does not expire. So if your membership expire you can still use the tubes you have made. Both free and for profit. This also mean if my site should close you can still use tubes you have made for free or profit.

6. You are not allowed to make tubes from my lines and offer them AS IS. This mean that you can not sell as is license for the tubes you have made with my outlines.

7. You don't need the Tube License to purchase the Special Character License.

Tutorial License

1. The tutorial license gives you the right to write tutorials from my lineart.

2. The tutorials must be placed in a password protected area. Either free or paid.

3. You must make a count image from my lineart. This mean that your members need to draw the outline themself. You can not offer my lineart and only show the shading/coloring.

4. Tutorial License can be purchased with all member terms.

5. The Tube License does not expire. So if your membership expire you can still use the tubes you have made. Both free and for profit. This also mean if my site should close you can still use tubes you have made for free or profit.

6. On the tutorial you must provide a link back to http://www.zarbellagraphic.com Only a text link is fine. You must also put credit that the original lineart is copyright to ZarBella Graphic.

If you violate any of these terms I will remove your membership.
You will first get a warning - and if you still violate my terms the membership will be removed and no refunds given. I don't want to sound strict - but I put in a lot of work and hours to make this site and share with you all.
